Winter Blue Hour
Meadow Pond, Gilmanton, New Hampshire - February 28, 2022
Blue hour is that window of time after the sun sets when there is still adequate light to see clearly and lasts until your vision is impacted by the darkness. It typically lasts about an hour after sunset and reappears about an hour before sunrise. When I went out on this cold evening I was hoping for a nice red, textured sunset. The sunset was a bit disappointing but the blue hour show made up for it. Stay warm on these winter nights.
