Winter at Lands End
If you visit Harpswell Maine and travel out route 24 towards the coast, you will come across several beautiful landscapes. When you cross from Orrs to Bailey Island you will do so on the only granite crib bridge in the world. And if you continue past the bridge, the road will soon come to an end as you descend towards the waterfront. Here, at what seems like a very "unlikely" location, you will find the very large "Lands End Gift Shop," some wonderful granite outcroppings, and this small southwest facing beach.
