Sawmill and Float Pond

The autumn sun rises on an 1829 Rustic Sawmill and it's float pond.  To this day, water powers the sawmill’s 54” diameter rotary blade and speeds up to 650 revolutions per minute.  This mill is an integral part of Sanborn Mills Farm, an educational facility teaching traditional farming, timber management and crafting  methods in Loudon, NH.  You can learn more about this amazing facility on their website: https://www.sanbornmills.org/
