Back River Estuary, Boothbay, Maine

The Black River on the Boothbay Peninsula on Maine's central coast is one of my favorite places to just stop and relax.  Though called a river it is actually a brackish water estuary that runs close to five miles in from the Atlantic.  The tides roll out leaving streams and mud flats which draws shore birds to forage for their meals.  And then nature reverses itself and the waters return providing this idyllic scene.  So peaceful.

All Giclée Prints are produced using archival photographic papers and archival, pigmented inks on a professional grade Epson printer. Finished art prints are covered and gently rolled for shipping in a mail tube to your door. Please allow seven to ten days for delivery.
