Holiday Note Card 4-Pack

Two each of two card designs:

Holiday Barn
The Christmas Holiday is on display in this 18th-century barn adorned by the Nordic-themed wood sculpture at its entrance

Nautical Holiday
Each year volunteers dress Nubble Light for the holidays. If you look closely you will see the festive Christmas tree in the front window.

Winter Scene Note Card 4-Pack

One each of four card designs:

Bass Harbor Glow
A spectacular location no matter the season. But in winter, there are few tourists to work around.

Fog Ice on Trees
A bitterly cold night froze condensation from the open water on surrounding branches. Within minutes of taking this image I could hear the ice cracking and dropping to the snow-covered ground as the sun breached the horizon.

Nautical Holiday
Each year volunteers dress Nubble Light for the holidays. If you look closely you will see the festive Christmas tree in the front window.

Winter on the Farm
An early December snow left a foot of wet, heavy snow on the landscape. This farm scene has always been a favorite of mine. It brings me back to years gone by.

Birds Note Card 4-Pack

One each of four card designs:

Patience
A Great Blue Heron stares intently at the duck weed-covered water looking for a ripple that could indicate a potential lunch item.

Titmouse on Cold, Rainy Day
A tufted titmouse sits patiently on a frozen branch with a saffron seed it had retrieved from my bird feeder. My feet get cold just looking at this little guy standing on ice.

House Finch
I don’t get many House Finches at my feeder so this guy was a treat to see.

Tufted Titmouse in the MorningSun
This was an early spring morning. Most of the birds were sitting in the natural thickets all fluffed out to retain body heat. This one titmouse was smart in that it sought a sunny branch near my feeding station. Though foodwas close at hand, it chose instead to absorb the radiant heat of the rising sun.
